Except as otherwise expressly agreed with customers, easyFAX.technology stores customers' transmissions on its servers for a limited time and will purge old transmissions from its servers after approximately sixty (60) days.
easyFAX.technology supplements customer information from third-party sources and verifies billing addresses on credit card transactions while maintaining consistency with its privacy policy.
Customers may contact easyFAX.technology Customer Care to correct, update, or deactivate personal information.
easyFAX.technology may make changes to its Privacy Policy. When easyFAX.technology changes its Privacy Policy, easyFAX.technology will notify customers and post those changes in its Privacy Policy.
In order to protect the privacy interests of its customers and to comply with state and federal law, including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act 18 U.S.C.
